What's the story here that nobody's telling? That's the question I've carried from newsrooms to boardrooms. I got my start in local news, anchoring a three-station radio cluster across eight counties in western Pennsylvania, then moved into business journalism at the Central Penn Business Journal, where I won three Keystone Media Awards before turning 26.

I put that instinct to work as the sole communications officer for F&M Trust, a $2 billion publicly traded bank as spokesperson, executive counselor and an advisor to the CEO. I wrote the bank’s SEC filings and investor materials and ran crisis communications through the Covid-19 pandemic across 30+ branches.

From there, I led culture and communications for a national culinary company, rebuilding how leadership talked to a workforce spread across the country. Today, I lead marketing and communications strategy for a nine-county region in Indiana at one of the state's largest economic development organizations, branding the community and running the campaigns that attract investment and the workforce to support it.
